Certified Advertising Specialist Certification

Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) is a professional designation of the promotional products industry. Acquired through a combination of years active in the industry, courses completed, industry contributions, and a passing score on a comprehensive exam.

Individuals with CAS designations are seen as industry leaders - those who have attained a higher standard of professionalism, knowledge and experience.

A CAS designation indicates a commitment to both business excellence and continual professional growth. The small number of professionals who hold these designations are known as the industry’s innovators and leaders. Less than 1% of Promotional product sales people are CAS certified.

Promotional Products Professionals of Canada:

Their mission is to bring together members of the promotional products industry in order to: guide, inform, educate and foster growth and development of our individual members and the entire industry within an ethical and professional environment. Members are asked to share in a common Code of Ethics.

Our team is a strong supporter of Make-A-Wish® Canada which is part of the largest not-for-profit wish granting organization in the world, serving children in 30 countries with international affiliates on five continents (Make-A-Wish International®). Since inception in 1980, Make-A-Wish® has helped make over 225,000 wishes come true for children around the world.

Make-A-Wish® in Canada consists of eight regional Chapters. Our involvement is not only in the Eastern Ontario region, but also at the National level. 

Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
